How to Claim Your Welcome Bonus
As a new member, your first deposit qualifies for separate welcome bonuses on casino and Sports Betting. To receive the bonus, make sure the bonus option is activated at the time of deposit — it cannot be applied after the deposit is completed.
What is a turnover requirement?
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after you've placed a certain amount in bets. For example, if the turnover requirement is 5x and you receive a 1000 BDT bonus, you'll need to place at least 5000 BDT in bets.
If You Want to Cancel a Bonus
To withdraw while a bonus is active, you must first cancel the bonus. Note that cancelling will remove the bonus amount from your account. Review your balance carefully before making a decision.

How Bets Are Voided
If a match or event is cancelled, or the specific conditions of a bet are not met, the bet is automatically voided and the stake is refunded. This typically reflects in your balance within 24 hours.

If One Match Is Cancelled in a Combo Bet
If one selection in a combo bet is voided, the bet continues with the remaining selections — the combo isn't cancelled entirely, it just runs with fewer legs.
Cash Out Feature
For select events, you can cash out part or all of your stake while the match is in progress. If the "Cash Out" button is visible on your bet slip, you're eligible to use it.
