Ck10 Terms & Conditions — Know the rules before you play

1 General Terms

Welcome to the ck10 platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ck10 and its users. By accessing the ck10 website, mobile app, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions, together with ck10's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement. In the event of any conflict, this document shall take precedence.

Ck10 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email, and the website will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on ck10. Valid proof of identity may be requested during registration or at any time thereafter for age verification. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be confiscated.

One Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Providing accurate information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at registration. Incorrect details may hinder account verification and result in withheld withdrawals. Please notify customer support if any of your information changes.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposit

Deposits on ck10 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.

Withdrawal

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Pending KYC verification may cause delays.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies — visit the Help Center for details.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ck10 are considered final once confirmed. If you do not receive a bet confirmation screen or email, the bet should be treated as unsuccessful. Bets not recorded due to technical issues will be considered void.

Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at that moment apply. For live betting, if odds change due to delays, ck10 reserves the right to apply the latest available odds.

Bet Cancellation

Bets may be cancelled or re-evaluated under the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or suspended
• If incorrect odds are displayed (obvious error)
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• If match-fixing or other irregularities are suspected

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit applies per bet. This limit may vary by sport and market. Please refer to the relevant betting section for details.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on ck10 are offered under specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must bet ten times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus offer may only be used once per account.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Certain games or markets may be restricted when placing bets using bonus funds.

6 Account Security & Responsibility

• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Do not click on phishing links or emails from unknown senders.
• Always log out of your account after each session.

You are responsible for all transactions and bets placed on your account. ck10 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck10 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus System Abuse (Bonus Abuse)
• Arbitrage betting or using software to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Stealing another user's information or engaging in fraud
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Spreading false information or misleading content in the name of ck10

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ck10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• Upon receipt of a court order or government directive

Users may request account closure at any time. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance, unless the account is being closed due to a breach of these terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

Ck10 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Delays or errors from third-party payment gateways
• Losses resulting from sharing account credentials
• Losses due to changes or cancellations of sporting event results
• If the platform is temporarily unavailable due to external factors

Ck10 makes every effort to ensure a reliable service. However, compensation may not be possible in cases where service is disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support first. An initial response will be provided within 72 hours. Complex cases may take up to 14 business days to resolve.

If an issue cannot be resolved through customer support, independent dispute resolution services are available. ck10 is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

11 Right to Modify

Ck10 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be provided via registered email or a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure.
